Your Online Telephone Directory

 Technology Support Information

Our web site has been designed to provide users with an intuitive interface to our Yellow Pages directories and other information about our communities.

While designed to work on almost all computers, we have several recommendations to create an engaging user experience and to enhance your interaction with the site.

Our site is best viewed with:
  Web Browser:

This web site works best with Microsoft’s Internet Explorer version 4.5 or higher. AOL uses a version of the Internet Explorer browser and is, therefore, supported by this site.

Download Internet Explorer free of charge from Microsoft.
Internet Explorer for Windows | Internet Explorer for Macintosh

  Internet Connection:

This web site is best viewed using a broadband Internet connection. The Yellow Pages format features many photographs and illustrations. The typical page is about 100 KB. There are numerous links to other web sites and video clips that are sometimes larger.

You can access this web site using a 56 Kbps dial-up modem, but you may have to wait several seconds before some pages will load and longer for some of the video features.

If you are accessing the site using a dial-up modem and are not satisfied with the load time of the “Yellow Pages format”, we recommend that you use the “Search Engine Format”. It contains all the same information without the heavy use of graphics and usually loads very quickly. You will find all the same information, including links to ads, web sites, email, and video that appears in the Yellow Pages format version.

  Screen Resolution

The pages are designed to display the left navigation bar and the core text content and images within a fully-inflated browser on an 800 x 600 resolution screen. They will, however, display more of each individual Yellow Page with less need to scroll when viewed at 1024 x 768 or higher resolution.

All of the interactive links will display in their entirety within a maximized browser on an 800 x 600 resolution screen.

Check your computer’s help menu to determine how to change your screen resolution. If you utilize a computer that is running a version of the Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, please note the following:
